The States became the political sub-divisions of Congress who are the Union Leaders. In the
capacity of  "political subdivisions" they are not sovereign, see Texas v. White 74 US 7 Wall,
Lawyers Edition. You, as a natural individual, cannot join the Union of States BUT, you can be a
member by association. Enter the term "citizen". I explained this term in my book, "Which One Are
You?", but people still do not comprehend because of the lie they have been fed all their lives as
being the "truth", that being, they are the citizens of the state. Here it is again with the highlighted
words that lock you up to them. Remember, and don't forget it, the definitions are what the definer
(Congress) wants them to mean, not what you think or believe it to mean.
    CITIZEN. One who, under the Constitution and laws of the United States, or of a particular
state, is a member of the political community, owing allegiance and being entitled to the
enjoyment of full civil rights. Citizens are members of a political community who, in their
associated capacity, have established or submitted themselves to the dominion of a
government for the promotion of their general welfare and the protection of their individual as well
as their collective rights. Black's 5th Pg. 222 (Cite omitted)
    This cannot be any plainer. You, as an associated member of a political State that joined the
Union, are now entitled to vote for the Union President, Clinton in this time period, thereby giving
up your power of self-government as declared by the Declaration of Independence. You now
deny your unalienable rights (notice the definition above does not include any Natural Law
unalienable rights given to us by God) for the civil rights the State grants you by their statutes and
are bound by and under the quasi-contract (constitution) you are "resident" in, by implied consent.
Isn't colorable law neat for them? It has to be implied because neither you nor anybody in any
capacity as a de facto government official ever signed the various constitutions in this country.
Therefore, can it ever be called a contract? NO!
    When I refer to the Constitution, be it State or United States, as a "contract", I mean it to be
quasi. Being you submitted yourself, voluntarily, by joyfully doing your duty as a citizen, by
registering to vote, to be under the dominion of your union leaders, representatives, you cannot
escape anything your straw boss/shop union foreman (representative) does for or against you. He
only represents PUBLIC POLICY! You must pay the tax, any tax, and follow all laws they deem
is necessary to keep the political corporate institution from collapsing. It's right in the compact,, when you agreed by signing the voter's registration, at Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, or by not
voting while claiming "citizenship" by running to "your" representative complaining about this or that.
Not to mention any other control by any agency they create, whether it be in their political
subdivision or the corporate headquarters located in Washington D.C.
                        So You Really Want A Republican Form?
    Just what is a "Republican" form?  Republican is defined as a commonwealth in Black's Law 4th
Ed.  So lets see what the definition of commonwealth is in Black's.
    "It generally designates, when so employed, a republican form of government,--one in which the
welfare and rights of the entire mass of people are the main consideration, rather than the
privileges of a class or the will of a monarch;. Sometimes it may denote the corporate entity, or
the government, of a jural society (or state) possessing powers of self-government in respect of
it's immediate concerns, but forming an integral part of a larger government, (or nation)."
    Gee, let's look at "jural" in Black's. Go to the bottom of the definition and there you find the
definition THEY are using, to wit, "The term 'jural society' is used as the synonym of 'state' or
'organized political community'." Look at the words they put in quotes. Didn't Nock say the
United States was formed as a political organization? Didn;t the State of Minnesota say that it was
a political subdivision? And you want to be known as a citizen (subject) of (belonging to) the
political subdivision of the United States political corporation by compact/quasi-contract/ Constitution which nobody ever signed?

    Readers, I now am supplying our new research. This is part of the inaugural speech of the
Governor of North Carolina in 1868.
    "In the midst of the progress of these events we are astounded by a proposition, originated by
North Carolinians, and brought before Congress under the auspices calculated to alarm us, that
North Carolina, one of the original thirteen, is no longer a State, but a territory of the United
States. *** This Convention, thus elected, is to frame a new Constitution for the District formerly
known as the State of North Carolina. The Constitution, when formed, is to be approved, not by
the people, who are to live under it, but by the Congress to approve, modify, or reject the same:
and with a test oath framed with apparent intent to reverse the principle, that the majority of the
people ought to rule."
    Governor Cherry, in this period of time had just reaffirmed the North Carolina Emergency War
Powers Act that coincided with the United States War Powers Act, both of which were instituted
in 1933. Another point was the fact the War Powers Act had a statement that due to the Act, all cars had to be registered and all people had to get a driver's license. Guess what that means
people? Our Research, verified by the Archivist, shows by the following quote from the minutes of
the Council of State, that there are two governments within the geographical area of North
Carolina and is true for every state in America;
    "NOW THEREFORE, on motion of State Auditor George Ross Pau, seconded by insurance
commissioner William Hodges, the said proposed contract*** is hereby fully approved by the Governor and Council of State of the State of North Carolina and His Excellency, R. Gregg
Cherry, Governor of North Carolina." Emphasis in Bold
    Readers, you have eyes to see and ears to hear. There are many more documents having this
same terminology, going back to 1787. Yes, there was a Council of State back that far. To prove
that every State is a "District" of the United States, a recent class action case against the Prudential
Insurance Company in New Jersey will supply the proof, as if you didn't already know. The exact
words from the cover brief notice states; "THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM THE
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY***."
    This is why all United States "District" Courts can operate in the geographical areas claimed to
be "Districts" in the Governor's Inaugural Address. All you that call yourselves "citizens" (aka
slaves) of the political establishment, State, which is a "District" of the United States having
"representatives" that subject you to all their corporate laws, WHY do you COMPLAIN?
Citizens can only be expected to comply with what their CEO (master) wants. Wouldn't you rather
be a servant of the Almighty and be sovereign unto yourself and be free men and women
representing the true Sovereign? Aren't we all stewards of this land given to us by the Almighty, not
people posing as government, as dictated by the words of the Almighty and; therefore, would hold
land in allodium? Buy "The Big Lie", which was written back in 1993, from the Bulletin if you
haven't. It might save you time researching the same material that is now showing up by these other
authors. I am supplying the American's Bulletin with the complete Inaugural of Governor Cherry as
evidence that words (meanings) are not taken out of context.
    In our research I found the statements made by the supreme court in the Padleford case, 14 Ga
437, that people were not parties to the constitution, only the States are and we cannot complain
of a constitutional breach. . It was found in the North Carolina Historical Review titled,
"Revolutionary Origins of the South's Constitutional Defences", by David L. Smiley, Prof. of
History at Wake Forest University, Nov. 18, 1965. Quoted are a few portions of the article
starting by the quote from the Editor of the London Times; "By substituting the words 'British
Empire' for 'American Union' we shall get very nearly the case of George III and his ministers."**
"Patrick Henry in his arguement, or that of his biographers - in the Parson's cause, extended the
compact idea to include the colony's connection with Britain."  "James Otis declared that ***
'Ours was manifestly founded in compact'."** "Jefferson's classic statement in 1789*** 'To this
compact each State acceded as a State, and is an intregal party, it's co-States forming, as to itself,
the other party'."** "In 1831 John C. Calhoun declared that 'the Constitution of the United States
is, in fact, a compact, to which each State is a party'."  James Montgomery's articles appeared in
the last two issues of the American's Bulletin titled "Is the U.S. Still a British Colony?" Do you now
have any doubts?  HINT: Look up compact in Webster's 1828 Dictionary. 
Here is a question? If free people, allowed the States to incorporate and the United States to 
incorporate and take over the States in their corporate capacity by making them join the Union, 
and become "Districts", then how do we, the Sovereigns, control the corporate entities when they
go outside their corporate charter (the constitutions) when we cannot join their union as citizens to
correct their intrusion upon the American people who are not "citizens of" the States or United 
States? Are we not the Principles? Well, look at these quotes from smiley; 
"It was heard in Virginia in 1753, when the Assembly declared that 'the Rights of the Subject 
are so secured by Law, that they cannot be deprived of the Least part of their Property, but by 
their own consent; upon this excellent Principle is our Constitution founded'."  Readers, I brought 
out the fact in 1993 that the First Judiciary Act of 1789 declared that "all jurisdiction is based 
upon consent." You voluntarily consented to come under all statute laws of the Law-Merchant in
joint-venture when registering to vote for the CEO and reps of the State in a Democracy. That's
why every judge can make a plea for you in their courts. The last quote says it all, and is from 
Patrick Henry, "The right of the people to determine their own taxes, he said, is the only security
against a burdensome taxation, and the distinguishing characteristics of British freedom, without 
which the ancient constitution cannot exist."
When corporations control the people that is "facism", See Funk and Wagnalls Std College
Dictionary 1968; The Random House Dictionary of the English Language page 517, 1966; 
Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary, page 303, 1969.  The States are corporations and they 
control all private coprporations since the Emergency War Powers Act. In fact, all corporations in
North Carolina come under the Insurance Commissioner as dictated by the North Carolina War
Powers Act in conjunction with Roosevelt's War Power Act of 1933, and we have all the documented proof. Insurance is under maritime law and that is commercial international maritime
under the principles of admiralty. Move over people, you have been had, BIG TIME, by a BIG
LIE. So, how do we get the masses of asses out there to believe they are controlled slaves by
becoming a "registered voter" or claiming "citizenship"? As I have stated many times, it is akin to
telling a 5 year old there is no Santa Clause after you lied to him the previous four years. Their 
courts are strictly law-merchant courts of contract, completely outside the constitutional 
arguements. Hence the need for natural (common law) law courts of our own. As Judge Wapner
TV series states, the people's court, which are springing up all across the country as Our One
Supreme Court. BUT, without any force behind them they too, are doomed by the Law 
Merchants (fascists) and Fascism will still rule.
