	Commercial Redemption Process (Page 2) To Goto Page 1, Click Here! "Redemption" is not an entirely new concept. Roger Elvick did not "invent" the commercial process or "Redemption" either. Roger Elvick expanded on a series of processes that were in development by a few very intelligent people scattered about the country. One in particular was Hartford Van Dyke, who developed and perfected a commercial lien process several years back, and his teachings, helped Elvick, and Elvick and Hartford's teachings helped spawn the Montana Freeman movement for Our One Supreme Court. Roger Elvick is one of the most honest and intelligent men in the country, but unfortunately he is wrapped up so tight in Christianity, that religious zealousness gets the best of them. Religeous zealousness got Shweitzer and Peterson, and Elvick, and many other noble and honest and brave men. I won't go so far as to say that I would stand by any of their moral or ethical principles, since I do not know any of them personally, but it appears to me, that the bad guys went after the good guys and used whatever means at their disposal they could use, to do away with them, and make it look as if the corporation was doing nothing wrong, it was "all the fault of the freemen themselves". There may be things that have been done wrong, but doing something incorrectly, does not in itself, prove criminal intent! For the Record, Ron Lutz was SET UP. For the Record, Roger Elvick was SET UP. For the record, the Montana Freemen do not fall into either category, and did many things incorrectly and even maliciously, but they did not deserve lifetime sentences for trying to restore the Republic. There are lots of NEW pieces of information that have surfaced in the last few years, as I have studies diligently, and remained, for the most part, completely silent about these ongoings. The possibility existed, and still does, that the criminals that occupy positions in government (NOT the Government in Fact, which is We the People), are actively working to remove any and all possibility of the return of the Constitutional Republic, and are working in all their best efforts in a criminal manner to destroy the hearts and souls of all people who cherish Freedom in this country. There are people currently working within our Government who wish to make it impossible for this information to get out, or be well recieved among the masses. Redemption is the single MOST important thing going on in the country and perhaps the entire world, at this very moment! We have gotten confirmation from the Treasury, the IRS, and Bankers that have worked within the Federal Reserve System itself, that what we are onto is not only VALID, and LEGAL, and LAWFUL , and CORRECT, but it has been determined by many people within this movement, that we are doing the most imortant work in the country to restore this country to it's rightful owners, WE THE PEOPLE. Never mind the religeous bend, for those who are not Christian. The Process is being discovered and uncovered and taught by people who are Christians, but that does not mean everything they teach is correct, or that their religious ideology is on time either. It only means that they are Christians, and that is how they relate to the concepts spiritually. Most of the Christians I have met involved in Sovereignty are pretty good people, for the most part, you just have to accept them for who they are. The really sad part of it all, is that the religious ideology is what the fictional corporate representatives in government use to make people out to look like a nutball who should be committed for insanity. That is what they did to Lutz and Elvick both. I make no apologies for Ron Lutz though, as he jumped the gun, and went off and did things before he understood what Roger was teaching. Nonetheless, he was used by the criminal agents in the justice system to make him out to be the fall guy for Redemption, and they used him to bring in Roger, to Ohio, for conspiracy type charges. Ron Lutz was set-up, and they used Ron to get Roger. All of it was done criminally, with no regard for the law, or commerce. However, Ron Lutz and Roger Elvick are by far some of the financially wealthiest people in this country at this time, leave no question about that. At this point, if things are done right, they could both own everything in everyone's name who came at them criminally. God bless them both. I pray for their safety and survival. Ron may have needed to learn a lesson, but life in jail is not a lesson, that's REVENGE of the bankers! And Roger deserves no jail time. His only crime if any, was not helping people understand what they were doing better before advocating that people go out and do things in the public. He caused injuries by his actions, by not teaching things completely. That is probably why he is serving time currently. He will be getting out real soon, and he is in good spirits from what I understand. A very important point here to understand is that neither of these folks ever set out to hurt anyone. Neither of them intended to "commit a crime". Many of the people who are in jail for Redemption related crimes are not people who intended to "steal" or "scam" anyone at all. The understanding is, and it is proven now, is that our Social Security INSURANCE, and Birth Certificate Deposit with the Treasury, is our right to Claim against the United States Corporation. The United States cannot pass a law removing Gold and Silver as legal tender, then force anyone to pay with a particular type of bill of exchange or promissory notes...once it's commercial, IT'S COMMERCIAL FOR EVERYONE, BABY!!! -- Nobody has a right to print money that is not entitled to enyone else. THE SIGNATURE CREATES THE CURRENCY!!!!! THE PERSON SIGNING THE INSTRUMENT GIVES THE INSTRUMENT VALUE, WHEN PREVIOUSLY, IT HAD NONE. !!!!! EACH PERSON HAS THE POWER TO CREATE CURRENCY, THEIR OWN CURRENCY!!!! But, you had better learn about money first, and how it works and operates. (Because if you don't, it can easily APPEAR to a jury that is uninformed about money, that you are trying to get something, for nothing.) Very important to remember : The Party who creates the liability, is the party responsible for supplying the Remedy, and when the Remedy is not supplied, then the party who incurred the liability has the right to supply the remedy, and that is what the bankers do not like. Because that means we now have the ability to create the funds to supply the remedy, if it is not provided for us, when we accept the instrument for value. I cannot stress how important I think it is, to review and understand the cases brought against other people in similar types of cases. I am going to provide a link to Ron Lut'z Case here. Winston Shrout - Solutions in Commerce Winston Shrout has a series of lectures I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn the process as it is understood so far. Get ready to spend about $1000.00 on the DVDs and CDs though. I sure did and it was well worth it. The information he shares on the CD disks is excellent as well. Tom is becoming fast known for having been on the inside of some of this process, by nature of being a contractor. 1099 OID, and the Bonding process is very familiar to Tom. This is some of the TOP material to study at this time. Roger is the one who first came up with 1099 OID material. Now, Sam Kennedy and Winston Shrout are both teaching this method and knowledge. Most of the knowledge coming out today about Promissory Notes originally came from Hartford Van Dyke. Currently Hartford is in jail. Most people reading this for the firts time will say, "Geeze, are all these guys in jail all the time, and if so, is this material really worth learning at all? Hartford Van Dyke used his process independently for many many years without a problem. Only recently, he ran into trouble around the time Winston Shrout started promoting his material. Coincidence? Maybe so, but more likely, the system needed to quiet Hartford Van Dyke in order to slow the release of the Promissory Note Material. Currently Winston Shrout and Sam Kennedy advocate a process that includes acceptance for value, then, once dishonor has been committed, a second tender including a bonded promissory note is used to give to the vendor, and a request for settlement. The bonded promissory note gives the vendor something of value, and can be used to give them excess value as well. If the vendor does not admit his acceptance of the item, the promissory note is dishonored. This gives the people a remedy. One more tool in the toolbox.
