On March 3, 1933, Hoover declined to issue an Executive Order, although this was suggested by the Federal Reserve Board. However, on March 6, 2 days after Roosevelt was inaugurated, President Roosevelt issued proclamation 2039, declaring to stop the "Hoarding" of Gold. The Proclamation was approved by Congress on March 9, 1933. In a quote from the "Hoover Policy Papers", written by the Secretary of Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture : "That those speculators and insiders were right was plain enough later on. Videotape shows that there was a tank over the outside underground tunnel for more than two hours before the fire broke out. On video you can see agents getting in and out of the tanks several times. Also, you can see smoke coming out from the ground less than 5 minutes before the tank smashed the end of the house. The tank collapsed the house down on top of the underground bunker. Anyone inside that bunker was trapped. On the Maury Povich show, the coroner Rodney Crow (shown on video as well), states that "three children died from blunt force trauma, from falling concrete in the bunker that fell on them, that there was an opening on the top of the bunker 8 feet in diameter and they were killed when large chunks fell on them. 21 of them died of gunshot wounds and the rest from smoke inhalation. The ATF is under the Dept. of the Treasury, which at the time was headed by Lloyd Bentson. Bentson appointed all three members of the independent investigation team. All three members had a history in either the planning, execution or the coverup of the MOVE fire- bombing in philadelphia, which was similar to the Waco tragedy. Then when the tank gun is removed from the compound during a so-called "demolition", you can actually see fire coming from the end of the tank gun. This tank set the compound on fire and you can see it on film !! The government did not know this video was being shot at the time and many important time periods of the event are exposed.

Bernard Eastland, who was hired by Atlantic Richfield (ARCO), was the originator of the project. ARCO approached Bernard looking for a way to market gas without pipelines. Bernard needed a place where magnetic energy lines intersect the earth to create a weapon Bernard claimed would focus energy to a very narrow point in the ionosphere. The ionosphere is like a bubble that protects the planet, keeping harmful x-rays and various partical streams from entering the atmosphere, and the military is messing with it. The Patent for the technology is reviewed and in the area where you have to claim where the idea or previous technology came from, Partical Beam Weapons, Backscattering technology (Radar Technology), and Space-Based Ballistic Missile defense systems (Star Wars). HAARP can allow the military to distinguish oncoming objects and determine which are carrying nuclear payloads. If the energy is turned up, airplane's onboard computers can be jammed or incomming ballistic missiles can be brought down. If the power is turned up even more, objects can be fried to a crisp. The concept is similar to the focusing effect of a magnifying glass, except multiplied by billions of times. Begich credits Nikola Tesla with the actual original ideas. Eastland picked up the concepts from Tesla. If fact, the original patents mention a new energy weapons systems and this was around the 1940's. Right at the same time as Tesla was working on the same things. Very suspicious. HAARP is designed to be operated by Remote control. Dominance of the Air was the key to winning in WWII and the central important focus of this film. Fleets of airplanes with machine guns mounted on them and bombs being dropped from the air were not concievable to many people much earlier than the 1920's and 30's. The war goes on for close to 25 years and disease breaks out from bio-warefare, people with the wandering sickness have to be put down and shot. Around 1970, petrol and the availability of airplane parts are limited and some places like Everytown have no ability to produce these resources any-more. The little cities and villages like Everytown have a chief that runs their society who is like the King to be reckoned with. When an airplane much more advanced than anything previously known lands in their village the chief is faced with a dilemma ; he demands that his top technichians build him an airplane when there are now much more advanced aircraft and the fellow who lands there tells them that he is part of an group of airmen leaders who have have a joint federation and have banned together to end war through their air superiority. In a quote from the man who lands in the village representing this group he states "We who are all that are left of the engineers and mechanics have pledged ourselves to salvage the world. We have all the airwaives, or what's left of them, we have the seas, we have ideas in common, the brotherhood of efficiency, the Freemasonry of science. We are the last trustees of civilization when everything else has failed. "--When dealing with the chief himself the chief asks "Who are you ? The first publication of "We Never Went To The Moon" came out in 1974 and the last publication was 1991. NASA was forced in 1977 to issue a news bulletin refuting the claims Keysing was making. Bill Keysing seems to make some very interesting points and raises some disturbing questions :1. Why is it that in all pictures of space we see stars but there are no stars in ANY of the pictures taken by the Apollo astronauts on the moon ? 2. The Luner Lander had a 10,000 thrust engine. Why is it in the pictures of it on the moon, there is no crater visible or even dust on the footpads of the Lander ? 3. The test vehicle for luner landing consistently failed to work, at one time even causing Neil Armstrong to eject and parachute out nearly soating him his life. If it doesn't work on Earth, how do we get it to work on the Moon, where gravity and pressure are completely different ? 4. In the famous photo of Buzz Aldran on the moon, there is a shadow in front of him, meaning the sun would be behind him, being the only light source, there is no light source that can be seen in his face shield, yet the front of his space suit is light up as you are looking at it. The problem, where is the external light source coming from ? Bill's conclusion : It was done in a film studio, one that exists in Nevada, in the desert at an old film location connected to Area 51.--5. The movie "Star Wars" utilized "Map Paintings" which simulate backgrounds on planets. It appears as though the same technique was used on the "Moon Photos". Bill shows numerous photos taken of the Moon's surface, all showing distinct lines of demarkation between the foreground and the background. 6. Keysing mentions how moon hoax investigator Charles Ellery measured the dimensions on the exit of the Lander door and concluded that it would have been impossible for the astronaut to get out of the Lander with his suit on. 6. Why is there Glass in the "Moonrocks" when Glass necessitates Oxygen, which is absent on the Moon ? 7. The 1st Apollo missions were a disater and never suceeded, rockets blew up in the air and on the ground. All of the sudden, they not only got it right, but every trip after on worked ? Pretty interesting. Karen postulates the possibility that Media Bypass itself is "controlled" and or "influenced". When NAFTA was passed , a side environmental agreement was signed which put forth a new region called "Border Region 21". This new region covers 60 miles above and below the mexican border, it is 2000 miles long, and covers California all the way to Brownsville Texas. There are 10 million people who are included in this area. This area is apparently no longer part of the United States of America. Joint-Mexican and American agencies will have authority over this area and America tax dollars will go to build new infrastructures in Mexico. In the President's Report on Sustainable Development it is stated that "Individual freedom, private property rights, National Sovereignty are concepts to be recognized as obstacles to be modified or overcome. As far back as WWI, following the internment of the Japanese our government enacted legislation for the internment of American citizens. In 1950, The Emergency Detention Act was passed and established 13 Detention Camps throughout the Country. Also, Malek was shown to have a history of ruling events that were murders as suicides and sicknesses. Jocylen Elders, Arkansas State Medical Examiner Commission Chairman, who had the power to remove Malek at the time, instead, gave him a 41 % raise. Key points in the investigation that were "overlooked" include a rifle found at the site of the murders, that was recorded on videotape, but the existence of which was denied in the police report. Deputy Prosecuter Richard Garrett and his friend Defense Attorney Dan Harmon told Linda Ives they would do everything they could to catch the boy's murderers'. Harmon was subsequently appointed to head the Grand Jury Investigation. As the investigation advanced, potential witnesses ended up dead, including Kieth Coney, May, 1988, who was believed to be with the boy's the night they were murdered and had told friends and family members he believed the boys were killed by law enforcement officials. Also Kieth McKaskle in Nov. 1988, who was also believed to have been around the tracks, turned over what evidence he had to Harmon, and told friends goodbye after he realized he had spoken to the wrong people. Within days he was found murdered, stabbed over 100 times.      Chuck Harder helps host this documentary which investigates the Bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building. The first issue discussed is the "Multiple Bombs". There was more than one explosion. J.D. cash is an investigative journalist. Undetonated high explosives that did not go off during the blast were removed from the building. How come many witnesses have come forth to claim there was more than one explosion. Michael Henton, an ex-federal law enforcement officer, who was in the area at the time, claims on tape, that there was two major explosions. Both the media and the government had been notified there was a potential for a bomb explosion, having recieved a threat a week previously. Jim Fergusen was on the scene doing rescue within one minute of the explosion. He was a heating and maintenance engineer, who's office is downstairs in the courthouse. He claims everyone in town heard two explosions. Jim has since been visited by the FBI and will not talk. An ANFO bomb (Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil) has two signatures, Nitrate Gas and fire. Even after the flames are out, you can't go near the area for at least an hour without a gas mask. The evidence shows that even if there were an ANFO bomb involved, it could only be strong enough to cause a diversionary explosion. How come there were so many BATF agents at the scene right away, but apparently none of them were inside at the time or even at work at all that day. Further investigations revealed they were outside of their office that day, but incredibly close to the building. One witness claims to have seen 6-8 ATF agents 16 minutes after the blast working the crater area. One of the BATF agents questioned the morning of the blast, stated that the reason he was alive that morning was because he had recieved notice not to go to work that day. Then when questioned about this, the government claimed there were agents in the building and that they were heroes. It was later shown that that was a lie. Rep. Charles Key, is in his fifth term in the State Legislature. He initiated a legislative investigation to look into the bombing to see if there was a federal cover-up. This was railroaded by his peers. The State legislature refused to investigate. Rep. Key is convinced there is a faction within the government involved in covering up vital information about the bombing. Before that everyone was a citizen of one of the several States. The State Citizens held their land in Allodium (Free & clear), and no one could take it away from them. These people were "KINGS" in their own "Castles". U.S. citizens did not have a right to a trial by jury until 1967. When you get a birth certificate you become property of the federal united states. You're birth certifivate is transfered to the bureau of census, and the Dept. of Commerce and you are enrolled as a beneficiary of the federal reserve system and you become obligated to the national debt. The Social Security # , Driver's licenses, vehicle registration, marriage licences, incorporation papers, and business licenses are all adhesion contracts and each one gives up a little bit more of your rights.      Frank H. Buck was the sponsor of this act which allowed the federal government to encroach on the rights of the states. Mitch Modelesky author of "The Federal Zone" is interviewed in video. The federal zone is a collective territory. The Buck Act created a federal area in the states, through establishing a federal fictional overlay that extended to anyone with a Social Security #. If you exercise priviledges (SS#), and you are in one of the States, the government can tax you because you are actually in a federal enclave. How else could we be regulated or taxed by the federal government unless we were in a federal area? When and how did we get into this federal area? The Buck Act in 1940 created a fictional "state" within a "State". According to Richard McDonald "When the Buck Act was passed that allowed any department to create a federal area, and Social Security already created the Social Security Districts. That created 10 regional districts on top of the 48 States in 1940. Then they took those regional districts and carved them into fictional states using the same boundaries as the common law States underneath the fictional area. Then they turned around and they added another fiction on top of that, using the Zip Codes, and created Zip Code areas on top of that....When you stop and realize what they've done, they have actually commited genocide against the Sovereign State Citizens by destroying their country and their class of citizens, making them all subjects of the district of Columbia, and subjects are slaves. " While doing research on the Sales and Use Tax, Burness J. Speakman figured out that this was the liability statute that imposed the income tax in the state, the Sales and Use Taxes, and it dealt with the federal government granting the state the authority to tax, when before, it was the state that had ultimate authority on taxation. This is our last chance for liberty in the courts. We need to know these things. All it takes is ONE Juror to nullify the Law and set the person free. All of our rights could be upheld if everyone knew this. Payman tells the history of William Penn after which Pennsylvania is named. After the King in England declared all religions except for England's illegal, so he could then extract taxes, William Penn went outside his church, which was padlocked by the king and started preaching. He was charged with preaching an illegal religion to an illegal assembly without a license. He was put on trial, and found innocent by the jurors who knew the law was unjust. In retaliation the judge jailed and fined the jurors who would not go along. These jurors took up their case with the highest court in England and it was held that jurors could not be punished for voting their conscience and nullifying the law. Ever since, the trial by jury has been the backbone of a free society. Then Peter Zenger was put on trial for his free press and speech regarding the corruption of the Governor of New York. The judge ruled that the truth is no excuse and told the jury to convict. The jury let him go, citing freedom of Speech and Press.

Jim explains the methods of researching cases and laws. The difference between a Republican form of government and a Democratic form of government. Any decision of the ninth circuit court is binding on any other court in the ninth circuit, but not on courts outside of the ninth circuit, only influencial. Pro per means in person. Pro se means representing someone. (For Attorneys) The burden is on the plaintiff to establish all elements of the complaint. This works to the advantage of the defendant. If all the elements of a claim are not met with, the case can be thrown out by "Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted ". Pleadings, interrogatories, depositions, status conference, jury selection, arguements, witnesses and closing arguements are evaluated upon. Appeals only deal with procedure, not with facts. There has to be a procedural error made. Various motions including motion in limine, motion to strike, motion for a directed verdict, judgement notwithstanding the verdict. Three types of proof. Preponderance of the evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, clear and convincing. Beyond a reasonable doubt is only in criminal proceedings. These and other issues are discussed in this video.

Plans and paperwork are shown on the video which, detail the Nazi Flying Saucer projects. These are copies of actual diagrams and plans from the early 1940's. The difference is, this film proposes the idea that Hitler was in touch with E.T.'s and experimenting with time travel and does not reveal Nikola Tesla as being the source of the technology and science. Diagrams of the Haunibou 1 and 2 saucers are shown. Shown are photographs of the V-7 mounted with laser guns, apparently made for Hitler's war machine. Also shown is a picture of Hitler standing next to a prototype model. The V-7 was built with 12 BMW engines and rose to 24,000 meters on the first test and 27,000 on the second test. Helium was used to power this model. The next type built was the VRIL (Also photographs of the test flights). Next was "Project Fireball", commonly called Foo Fighters by the allies. These were radio controlled and unmanned. They were developed to disrupt the power systems of the opponents aircraft. Shown is a NAZI army paper documenting the creation of 261 flying saucers including 3 Hanibou saucers and 84 VRIL's. These were all were built towards the end of WWII. The Hanibou had a diameter of 25 meters. There are picures and film footage of giant "Cigar" shaped flying saucers. These were seen mostly in the 50's and 60's. This film shows you the plans for this particular ship as well. This was called "Project Andromeda". These were motherships developed around 1944 and were 109 meters long. They were designed to carry 1 Hanibou and 3 VRIL. If you see this film, you will have no doubt at all that the governments have these.
