Systematics Information Services Inc.of Little Rock, Arkansas, as well
as Systematics Telecommunications Services Inc.of Dallas, Pennsylvania),
a private subsidiary of ALLTEL Corp. (1 Allied Dr., Little Rock,
Arkansas 72202, phone 501/661-8000), is alleged to be the company
that modified the PROMIS software--which according to a federal
bankruptcy judge was stolen by the U.S. Department of Justice
from INSLAW Inc. (1125 15th St. N.W.,#300, Washington DC 20005,
phone 202/828-8600)--for sale to private banks. It has been alleged
that this software contains various trapdoors, or access routes,
which allow the National Security Agency (NSA) to spy on banking
operations.
SYSTEMATICS has been ALLEGED to be a proprietary operation of NSA.
It has also been alleged that WEBSTER HUBBELL, Hillary Clinton's
former law partner and formerly the no. 3 person at the U.S. Department
of Justice, helped work out stategies to use SYSTEMATICS software
to spy on commercial and central banks.
